Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained throughout the shift.
- Package and label products according to company standards and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (3rd shift).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
