Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using various material handling equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
