Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load and unload shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed during peak hours.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before and after handling.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
