Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocol
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Document daily activities and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
