Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight hours
- Operate advanced warehouse equipment including forklifts and automated systems
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all operational zones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless material flow and loading dock operations
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
