Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for synchronized operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Support efficient loading/unloading of inbound/outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and English proficiency
