Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks with team coordination
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance checks
- Support cross-functional team projects
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with strong communication
- Reliable transportation to facility
