Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision and timeliness
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
