Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS system
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new associates on standard procedures
- Complete daily shift reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Flexible availability (4PM-12PM schedule)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No felony convictions (background check required)
