Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment per OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and maintain precise warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipment deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while working in a climate-controlled facility
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
