Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently load/unload shipments
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outbound merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen clearance required
