Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting tasks
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document work activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license preferred
