Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery across PA and FL
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with 99%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
