Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk frequently.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
