Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Pack and stage orders for timely delivery while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
