Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct cycle counts in WMS system
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/RF scanner experience
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
