Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value technology products
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
- Support quality control initiatives to ensure zero-defect shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
