Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Prepare and load shipments for timely delivery across California
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno industrial facility
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as operational needs arise
