Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and fulfill orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in our WMS
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Train on new warehouse automation technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability for rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
