Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during night shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality inspections and document discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to complete training)
