Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
