Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery across the Pacific Northwest
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety protocols throughout the shift
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory handovers
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
