Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with day-shift team for smooth operational handovers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation skills
