Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Document all transactions and warehouse activities in digital tracking systems
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during peak hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
