Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes during overnight shifts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct routine equipment inspections
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Train new associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM schedule
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
