Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision while meeting productivity targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete shift reports and document warehouse activities accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to accommodate night shift schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
