Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for distribution to local and regional clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret labels and logs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
