Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies in real-time
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Lead safety briefings and mentor new associates during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (5 days/week)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
