Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and prepare inventory for shipment during overnight hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification/certification ability (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license a plus
