Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct accurate inventory checks and replenish stock levels to meet demand.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and verify shipment details against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
