Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all products are labeled correctly and meet quality standards before leaving the dock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
