Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently during overnight shifts
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain detailed electronic inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
