Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks and inventory reconciliation during shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with day shift team for smooth transition of operations
- Document all activities in compliance with company SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
