Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with proper ergonomics and team lifting protocols
- Adhere to all safety procedures including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout
- Communicate effectively with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with math aptitude
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license (required for equipment operation)
