Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory or order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
