Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth operational transitions
- Monitor warehouse security and report safety hazards immediately
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train on new processes and equipment as operations evolve
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
