Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently during the night shift.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies before dispatching.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless operational transition.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
