Responsibilities
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate cross-docking activities for high-volume shipments
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
