Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and documentation updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) proficiently
- Address and resolve operational issues during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
