Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock organization
- Prepare orders for shipment using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Document workflow activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
