As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods in our distribution center. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. We value teamwork and attention to detail, and we provide all necessary training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of goods
- Sort, organize, and store materials in designated areas using proper equipment
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
