Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
