Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Conduct quality inspections and document discrepancies using digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with basic math proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
