Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with a focus on maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory turnover.
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
