Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Generate and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Support cycle counts and monthly warehouse audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
