Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory in warehouse zones and racks
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS, inventory software)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Stamina for 8-hour night shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
