Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, sorting, and storage
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows
- Document processes using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
