Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift staff and supervisors to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and a commitment to punctuality.
