Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Monitor conveyor systems and resolve minor operational issues
- Complete daily productivity reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld scanners
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
