As a Night Shift Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining inventory integrity, and upholding our safety standards in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload incoming freight and verify shipment contents against packing lists.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory turnover.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse technology.
